Greetings again.
So lets talk about water again. Now that we have settled into the Daniel thing and counting our carbs, I have personally noted some easy days and some not so easy days. The days that have been difficult find me pretty munchie-centric around 9:00 p.m.
Looking back on those challenging days, there has been a high correlation between me not drinking enough water during the day and then being hungry at snack times. So I need to remind myself and you to get 1-2 tall glasses with breakfast and 3 for lunch and 3 for dinner. Also it would be good to do 1 glass for each of your snacks as well. Proper hydration will take you a long ways
forward here.
