Pudgy Bob

Greetings Again for another fun filled blogaramus. I have some housekeeping chores to do here 1st then will get into it.

I could pull an April fools here, but I will resist the temptation. The only fool around here is the person(s) that is(are) still lurking around and still refusing to sign up as a blog follower. I am pouring forth the content here at no cost to you. I have the ability to limit the blog so only followers can see it and I'm very tempted to shut you down... show me some love and click that follow button.

Also if you are new to the blog over the last few days I would ask you to scroll down and go back to the start. I know that will take a true commitment for you as I am competing with other web content for your precious time, but i am worried that you are missing some valuable information. Partial information pulled out of context in this arena could be harmful.

So now lets talk a little bit more about "pudgy Bob." I tried to be funny last night about how I rationalized the amount of food I was eating, but I don't think I was too far from the norm for your ave. American male. Looking back now I am almost embarrassed about how much volume of carbs I was consuming, but remember I was doing this because I was MALNOURISHED (remember the core concept that we discussed at the very beginning) - my body was still telling me I needed more input (Johnny #5). It also was hoping and craving for me to get my green on, I just didn't know it at the time.

Pudgy Bob was basically getting 3 times the amount of carbs needed, so every day he was making deposits into his Wells Fargo. So the next question is dear blogger friend... how much over budget are you? Please take some time and figure out what your typical days carb load is, just like I did in last nights post. I need to know this information to be best able to help you. I also want you to tell me what your current height & weight is. You can comment in the blog or if you really want to be confidential send me an email bdiddy2330@yahoo.com It's time to get personal and I want all of you to respond.

I know that I promised to talk about yogurt, but I am going to wait one more session before doing this. Yogurt will be the 1st of many foods that we will talk about that help create little carb shortcuts that combined together will help you stay within your budget or even become a budget beater.

Our eating habits are all over the place. It's hard to say exactly what our "overbalance" is. It varied day to day.
